Responsibilities
As a Digital Marketing Manager, your primary responsibility will be to lead and strategize for effective digital marketing campaigns.
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans that align with business goals.
- Broaden company's online presence through search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click advertising (PPC), and social media management.
- Track and analyze data to measure campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, product, and engineering to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably including project management responsibilities.
- Proficiency in various digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Adobe Creative Suite, social media management software (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and create effective strategies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities to articulate digital marketing concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong project management skills, including ability to prioritize tasks, set deadlines, track progress, and handle unforeseen challenges.
