Senior Service Delivery Engineer needed for a dynamic team. Responsible for delivering high-quality technical support and optimizing service delivery processes. Experience with cloud services preferred. Strong problem-solving skills required.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Service Delivery Engineer, you will work within an Engineering Team fused with service delivery, support, product management, and data talent.
- Have sound knowledge of technical operations.
- Deliver high-quality services to clients with a focus on the client side
- Work on multiple projects at once, and consistently meet service delivery deadlines
- have already graduated or are currently in any year of study
- Revise the work of previous engineers to ensure consistency across our services
Qualification
- B.Tech / M.E under National University course complete.
- 3 or more years of professional engineering experience
- have already graduated or are currently in any year of study
- Advanced degree or equivalent experience in service delivery and support
