UI/UX Designer Full-Time Responsibilities | Qualifications
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Delivery Team to design and develop user-friendly interfaces.
- Research and analyze user behavior, preferences, and pain points through various methods like interviews, surveys, and analytics.
- Utilize industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, etc., to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Conduct usability testing with target users to refine design solutions and ensure seamless user experience.
- Monitor and stay updated with latest trends, design philosophies, and tools in the field of UI/UX design.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- Advanced degree or equivalent experience in graphic and web design.
- Familiarity with industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, etc.
- Expertise in user research methods like interviews, surveys, and analytics.
- Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that are visually appealing and functional.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design skills and ability to solve real-world design problems.
