Responsibilities
As a Customer Reliability Engineer III, you will work within an Engineering Team focused on ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze and resolve complex reliability issues for our customers.
- Develop and maintain robust monitoring systems to ensure service uptime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product reliability and performance.
- Conduct root cause analysis on customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications
- B.E / B.Tech in Computer Science or related field from a recognized institution.
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering, with focus on reliability and performance optimization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
