Senior Accessibility Program Manager to lead and implement accessibility strategies, ensure compliance, and enhance user experience across products.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Accessibility Program Manager, you will lead the accessibility efforts within your organization to ensure all products meet accessibility standards.
- Evaluate and improve product accessibility through user research and testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX, engineering, product management, and HR to implement accessibility strategies.
- Develop and maintain an accessible design system that aligns with industry best practices.
- Create and deliver training sessions on accessibility for team members across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in accessibility program management and implementation.
- Demonstrated knowledge of WCAG 2.1 guidelines and other relevant standards.
