Job Description:
Support Engineer for Enterprise Support Japanese required. Experience with Japanese language and technical support needed.
Responsibilities
As a Support Engineer (Enterprise Support Japanese), you will work within an Enterprise Support Team that provides technical support to our enterprise clients.
- Solve complex technical issues and provide solutions in the Japanese language for our enterprise customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management, to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries.
- Maintain detailed documentation of support cases and resolutions for future reference.
- Provide training sessions or webinars in the Japanese language to educate customers on how to use our products effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a National University course complete.
- 3 or more years of professional experience in technical support roles with strong Japanese language skills.
- A deep understanding of enterprise-level software and systems.
