Responsibilities
As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you will work within the compensation team to ensure fair and competitive pay practices.

- Create and maintain comprehensive compensation plans that align with business goals.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide recommendations on merit increases, bonuses, and other incentives.
- Collaborate with HR, finance, and legal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Compensation Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with compensation software tools and data analysis techniques.
