Job Description:

Senior Customer Success Manager needed to drive customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional support and strategic account management. Experience required; leadership skills preferred.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will work closely with our clients to ensure their success.

  • Have sound knowledge of commercial activities and client needs.
  • Liaise between the sales team and customers for smooth onboarding processes
  • Work on multiple projects at once, and consistently meet key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Provide exceptional customer service to maintain high levels of satisfaction
Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 3 or more years of experience in Customer Success Management or a closely related role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced understanding of CRM systems and customer relationship management strategies
