Responsibilities
As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will work closely with our clients to ensure their success.
- Have sound knowledge of commercial activities and client needs.
- Liaise between the sales team and customers for smooth onboarding processes
- Work on multiple projects at once, and consistently meet key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Provide exceptional customer service to maintain high levels of satisfaction
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 3 or more years of experience in Customer Success Management or a closely related role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced understanding of CRM systems and customer relationship management strategies
